Internationally prescribed quality parameters are maintained while the use of latest CAD and CAM software enables us to handle both small and bulk orders with equal ease and efficiency. At the production process, we use only supreme grade imported raw materials to meet the stringent quality standards of JASO (Japan), BASU (British), ASTM/SAE (America). Products are thoroughly tested before being delivered to the clients and every effort is done to cater to customer requirements in the best way possible.
Our Infrastructure
The greatest strength of The M.K. Group is its world class infrastructure. The current infrastructure has the capacity to produce approximately 250 tonnes of products per month. The manufacturing unit of our company is most sophisticated and all the products are manufactured using latest & state of the art plant and machinery imported from Germany and Italy. The equipments are fully automated with several numerically controlled SPMs, Computerized Friction Testing machines, universal testing machines, CNC controlled hydraulic presses, CNC controlled lathes and other flexible manufacturing facilities. In addition, our company is equipped with an advanced R&D facility which puts us in a unique position to design and develop the products as per customer’s requirement. This unit constantly upgrades the existing quality standard according to the technological changes and requirements in the fast moving auto industry.
