MK brand was established in the year 1959 and has flourished under the leadership of its founder Mr. Vijay Bhandari who had experience of serving the Indian customers since then.

It was founded by Vijay Bhandari having vast experience of serving the Indian automobile industry. Group History

Our group was founded in the year 1959 by Mr. Vijay Bhandari who had vast experience in this particular domain. In his leadership, our brands MK and MX become the most trusted brands in India and a preferred choice of OEMs and automobile parts manufacturers. It was initially specializing in the manufacturing of gaskets and rubber molded parts from its unit in Delhi. Gradually. it expanded its business horizons and diversified into manufacturing of Clutch Plates, Brake Shoes, Disc Pads and several other products. The Group's evolution since the time of its inception is as given below:

1959-1966	Manufacturing Units set up for gaskets and rubber molded parts in Delhi
1965-1967	Manufacturing unit set up for 2&3 wheeler Clutch plates in Delhi.
1973-1975	Manufacturing unit set up for 2&3 Wheeler Brake shoes in Delhi.
1982-1983	Manufacturing unit set up for Forgings in Sahibabad (UP).
1984-1985	Manufacturing unit set up for Sheet metal components in Delhi.
1989-1991	Manufacturing Unit set up for Die Castings in Delhi.
1996-1998	One more new Manufacturing unit set up for increasing the capacity of Clutch Plates and Brake Shoes in Faridabad (Haryana).
2002-2003	Manufacturing unit set up for Heavy Brake liners and Disc Pads in Bhiwadi- Rajasthan
2004-2005	Manufacturing unit set up for aftermarket in tax free zone Kala Amb (Himachal Pradesh)
