We can take up jobs of closed die forging from 500 Gms up to 20 kgs for round items and up to 7-8 kgs for profile items.
FORGING UNIT
Our forging unit contains main machines like 3 Belt Drop Hammer (1.5, 1.0 & 0.5 ton), Forging Screw Press 100 Ton, Billet Shear 4â� & 3â� Capacity, EDM. Complete Tool Room with all required machines. 2 nos. batch type normalising furnace, complete laboratory for chemical and microscope for structure testing, CNC turning center and other related machines required for forging.
