Fine Blank Components
The process of Fine Blanking was developed about seventy years ago in Switzerland and around 1960ââ¬â¢s imported to Japan.
PRINCIPLE
The Principle of Fine Blanking is based on the principle of hydraulic pressure that plastic deformation of metal is increased by application of high Pressure.
FEATURES
- Fine Blanking is a fully automated precision metal working stamping process.
- Fine Blanking ensure stability regarding Production with high quality and Precision.
- Fine Blanking permits 3-D Composite processing including Coining, Semi-Shearing, Bending and Drawing.
ADVANTAGE
There are a number of advantages of fine blanking over conventional metal stamping, with the most important one being that Fine Blanking provides completely consistent dimensional control. This means that metal components produced have a machined like edge quality and extremely high accuracy immediately following the stamping process, without additional machining.
Additionally all holes, profiles, edges, Semi-pierces are carried out in one process.
At MK We have complete Facility of Sheet metal work and Fine blanking for which we have a wide range of Press Brake machines up to 250 Tons.
